Our Big Volunteer Meetings are this Wednesday, April 23rd and Thursday, April 24th in Mott Gym. Committee is asked to arrive at 6pm, group reps are asked to arrive at 6:30pm, and Volunteers at 7pm.
Attendance at the Volunteer Meeting is MANDATORY for anyone wanting to volunteer at Wildflower. THERE ARE ASOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please remember to bring the following:
CAL POLY STUDENTS
Cal Poly ID, Drivers License (if over 21)
CUESTA STUDENTS
Cuesta ID, Drivers License (mandatory for all ages) |

Group Reps are required to attend one of two meetings on Wednesday April 9th or Thursday April 10th. We have assigned each group to a Volunteer Area, and we will let you know where you are scheduled to volunteer at this meeting. The times and locations for these meetings are as follows:

| Deadline to Edit Volunteer Lists |

| GROUP REPS -- The deadline to edit your volunteer lists is this Monday, April 7th. At this time, you can edit phone numbers, birthdays, etc. You can also switch out volunteers who can no longer attend with new volunteers.
WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW VOLUNTEERS OR GUESTS AT THIS TIME. |
