BBQ/Pasta Booth:

• Cook chicken, tri-tip, and pasta on a large grill
• Cook Pasta in pots over burners
• Serve up the meals along with salad and other side dishes
• Some students will be cashiers
• Participate in clean-up

Burrito Booth:

• Prep food for sale
• Construct and sell burritos
• Assist in clean-up

Coffee Booth:

• In the morning, serve different kinds of coffees and espressos
• In the afternoon, served blended coffee drinks
• Assist in clean-up

Waste Removal:

• Empty and replace trash cans and recycle cans as they fill up
• Pick up trash that accumulates around the festival area

Medical Tent:

• Assist the EMTs with their duties
• Help and assist the athletes as they come into the tent
• Update the board that shows the status of admitted athletes

Aid Station:

• Give aid to athletes as they reach the finish line (Food, drinks, water)
• Assist athletes to the Medical tent if needed

Headquarters:

• Help the headquarters committee prepare and serve food for the committee, athletes, and VIPs

Tent Check-in:

• Work with Team in Training on Sunday to check in the tents they used during the weekend
