Friday:

• Group representatives will meet with Swim Committee Leaders at 5 pm at the info tent. In addition to any other meetings that have already been scheduled.
• Upon arrival make sure Swim Committee Leaders are contacted in order to deal with any equipment needs.

Saturday and Sunday:

• Wake-up is at 5am on Saturday and 6am on Sunday
• You must be on the first departure of Eagle-One. If you miss this departure you must walk to the swim start.
• Be sober and ready to guard.
• Have your wetsuit available and ready or make sure it is put in equipment trailer upon arrival.
• While guarding be alert. Make sure athletes are on course and be aware of anyone in distress.
• Be prepared to volunteer elsewhere when swim is has finished.
